To make this recipe gluten free, make sure to use gluten free soy sauce, as most (but not all) soy sauce contains wheat. Ingredients: 1-1.5 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs 2 tablespoons of white cooking wine ½ tablespoons of soy sauce 3 tablespoons of cooking oil 1 can of cola 2 scallions (green onions) 1-2 ounces of ginger ½ teaspoon of salt Equipment: a pan (or a wok), a knife and a cutting board Recipe: Fill your pan with cold water, and put it on the stove at high heat. Add the chicken to the cold water, and pour in 1 tablespoon of cooking wine. Heat the water to boiling, and try to open up the chicken.
