Pizza Sauce Tip

Pizza Sauce Tip

Pizza Sauce TipPizza sauce recipe tip. You’ll find PizzaHomeChef.com’s Fresh Pizza Sauce recipe at Since pizza is about a wonderful blending of flavors, this tip takes the recipe to another level. By adding in a dry, grated cheese (parmesan or romano, for example), you start the blending process before the sauce even touches the dough. Fresh Pizza Sauce Recipe

Fresh Pizza Sauce Recipe

Fresh Pizza Sauce RecipeGet the measurements and details of this simple, easy, delicious homemade pizza sauce at Even though I use canned stewed tomatoes in this pizza sauce recipe, I call this recipe “fresh” because it is not simmered or stewed. And it does have a fresher taste. I use whole stewed tomatoes because when the tomato factory dices or crushes or sauces their tomatoes, they break tomato seeds and the seeds release a bitter flavor. You can overcome this by adding a little sugar, but it’s still better to do it right in the first place. I suggest you spread your tomato sauce thinly. A light touch in all pizza toppings is usually best. It lets the entire pizza bake through without unnecessary burning to get all those piled-high toppings cooked.
