Review: Oriental Express Recipe Book – Miss Weight Watchers – Francesca Dee
I am very grateful to Weight Watchers for sending me the ‘Oriental Express’ Recipe Cookbook to review and I am VERY impressed! I had a sneaky look at this book in my Weight Watchers class before it was released and wanted it straight away! I love Oriental food and have always wanted to cook Chinese dishes at home. I have always wanted to cook Chinese at home but thought it would involve lashings of oil – Weight Watchers have created this cook book and erased my doubts. It appears you can have it all; Chinese food the Weight Watchers way! A must have for any Weight Watchers following fan of Oriental Food! I will be cooking from this recipe book very soon – so stay tuned for more uploads! – Francesca. x To get your hands on a copy of this book it retails at £8.95 and is available from your local Weight Watchers meeting or through ‘At Home’ by calling; 08456 788 999 Please subscribe if you haven’t already

If you do it my way then it will be 10 ProPoints per serving. If you use the granules above, then it will be 11 ProPoints. Filling foods; onions, chick peas in water. Lemon & Sage Chicken – Miss Weight Watchers 13 ProPoints Weight Watchers Cookalong Challenge
13 Propoints per serving, serves 4 (I halved it as I was serving 2). On Tuesday 19th April Weight Watchers UK had a ‘Cookalong Challenge’ whereby they arranged a recipe and asked people at home to cook along from 6.30pm uploading pics and comments to their facebook page. Sage has a rather bitter taste, but this is lightened by the lemon. It’s not too lemony if that makes sense, sometimes a meal can be dom

VLOG Day 1 Weight Watchers – Francesca Dee – Food Journal
VLOG Day — 1 I’ve started doing daily vlogs to keep myself motivated and for you to see what I’m eating on a daily basis. I’m determined to lose weight in time for summer, so if you’d like to join me then keep watching! I will upload recipe videos if I eat something which I’ve had to cook from a recipe. I do hope to do this within the same day. It’s already proving rather difficult, but once I’m into the swing of things I’m hoping the process will speed up. My VLOG videos will be labelled ‘VLOG’ so it’s clear that these videos will not have recipes. Recipes will be uploaded as individual videos and will be titled according to what’s being made.
