Do you recommend drinking on a workout day and being afraid of ruining the metabolism boost or drinking on an off day and being afraid of storing the calories as fat from not having worked out that day?

hahah, I guess you did read my mind dude! I stick to rum and diet, but im not gonna lie i tend to go over the 8 drinks a week lol but sometimes we fuck up. I down a protein shake before I head out to get some aminos and protein in me. You should make a video about best times to do cardio while lifting if you haven’t already. I usually do it upon waking and post workout, supposedly its the best time to do it for fat burning but who knows if all this is bullshit haha. Good video dawg.

Great post! I love to go have a drink after work every now and then, but it’s difficult when I’m trying to exercise and maintain a figure. It’s so frustrating sometimes. I found a humorous take on drinking and working out and stumbled on your blog searching for more thoughts.
