Edison's Delicious Ketchup Fried ShrimpTry this fast and easy Asian style shrimp dish! From beginning to end, this took us 8 minutes to cook. The complete recipe is below. Serve hot with rice or noodles, feeds 3-4. Gluten free, lactose free. Ingredients: 1.5 pounds of unfrozen shrimp (shelled and deveined) 2 scallions 0.5 ounces of ginger 2 Tablespoons of cooking oil 1 Tablespoon of cooking wine 3 Tablespoons of ketchup 1 Tablespoon of sugar 2/3 Teaspoon of salt Cut the roots of the scallions, and cut the scallions into 2 inch pieces, discarding the roots and the tops of the scallions. Cut the ginger into slivers. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil into your pan, put heat on high. Just before the oil begins to smoke add the scallions and the ginger to the oil and fry until they begin to brown (should be around 30 seconds). Add the shrimp and stir. Add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and stir. After about a minute add 3 tablespoons of ketchup and stir until the ketchup coats all the shrimp. After another couple of minutes add 1 tablesp

Jeff's Beef and OnionFull recipe included below. This is a simple dish, sliced beef stir fried with onion and sauce. Delicious and high in protein. Gluten free! Ingredients: 1.5 pounds of Beef 3 Onions 4 Tablespoons of Cooking wine Ginger 4 tablespoons of Oil 4 Tablespoons of Gluten Free Soy Sauce 3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce (should be gluten free, check to make sure) ½ teaspoon of Salt Pepper to taste You can buy 1.5 pounds of sliced beef, or buy beef steak or beef cubes then slice them across the grain into strips. Marinate the beef for 10 minutes with 4 Tablespoons of cooking wine and a little chopped ginger. Stir the beef occasionally. Slice 3 medium sized red onions (or onion of your choice) and set them aside. On the video we only sliced 2, but we added more onion that we had sliced earlier. Take your pan or wok and add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, heating on medium heat. When the oil is hot add the beef and stir. This recipe was inspired by the chicken salad sandwich that I ordered on our recent family lunch at Windy Corner Market. It has a great combination of flavors. Ingredients: 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped into large chunks ½ cup dried cranberries ½ cup slivered almonds, toasted ½ stalk celery, finely chopped ¾ cup mayonnaise 1 ½ tablespoons sweet pickle juice whole wheat sandwich buns thin tomato slices lettuce leaves (iceberg or romaine) In a mixing bowl, stir together 2 cups chopped chicken, ½ cup dried cranberries, ½ cup toasted slivered almonds, and ½ stalk finely chopped celery. To make a dressing, combine ¾ cup mayonnaise and 1 ½ tablespoons sweet pickle juice.
