Urundai Kuzhambu (Meatball Curry) Ingredients 350g Lamb Mince 1 inch Ginger 4 Cloves Garlic 1 Green Chilli — chopped 2 tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Fresh Coriander — chopped 1 medium Onion — chopped 2Tbsp Oil ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1 tsp Chilli Powder ½ tsp Fennel 4 Cloves ½ Inch Cinnamon 150ml Coconut Milk 100ml Water 0.04s Add the lamb mince to a warm pan 0.18s Add 1 clove of garlic and ½ inch of ginger along with 1 green chilli all roughly chopped 0.25s Add 1 tsp salt 0.38s Cook the lamb on a medium heat until cooked 0.50s Remove any excess water 0.59s Leave to cool 1.05s Pulse the mixture in a blender 1.09s Make into small meatballs with the fresh coriander and leave to one side 1.12s Blend the remaining garlic and ginger with the onion and set aside 1.26s Add 2 Tbsp oil to a pan 1.36s In a pestle and mortar pound the fennel, cloves and cinnamon into a course powder and add to the warm oil 1.49s Add the onion, garlic and ginger paste to the oil 2.04s Fry for 3-4 mi

Full recipe included below. This is a simple dish, sliced beef stir fried with onion and sauce. Delicious and high in protein. Gluten free! Ingredients: 1.5 pounds of Beef 3 Onions 4 Tablespoons of Cooking wine Ginger 4 tablespoons of Oil 4 Tablespoons of Gluten Free Soy Sauce 3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire Sauce (should be gluten free, check to make sure) ½ teaspoon of Salt Pepper to taste You can buy 1.5 pounds of sliced beef, or buy beef steak or beef cubes then slice them across the grain into strips. Marinate the beef for 10 minutes with 4 Tablespoons of cooking wine and a little chopped ginger. Stir the beef occasionally. Slice 3 medium sized red onions (or onion of your choice) and set them aside. On the video we only sliced 2, but we added more onion that we had sliced earlier. Take your pan or wok and add 3 tablespoons of cooking oil, heating on medium heat. When the oil is hot add the beef and stir. Once the beef is cooked and the juices have come out, pour it into a bowl
